To increase parkade security, the Board of Directors will be undertaking a project to reprogram all garage remotes. This will ensure that any non-residents no longer have access to P2 Secure Resident Parking.
All existing garage remotes will be deactivated on
MONDAY, AUGUST 28, 2023.
To ensure no interruption to your access to P2 Secure Resident Parking, your remote can be reprogrammed that day if we receive the required information from you.
Please fill out the form below no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Submissions after the deadline will be accepted but the reinstatement of your access to the parkade may be delayed.
In addition to resident and vehicle information, we will require the 3-digit number on your garage remote box.
If you do not have the number please fill in the rest of the form and then bring your garage remote(s) to the Concierge during normal work hours (Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm to 3:00pm). The Concierge can determine the missing code and it will only take 10-15 minutes.
Note that residents will not be permitted to use Visitor Parking if their remote becomes deactivated and is not reprogrammed on time.
